The DryZone System is the first commercial application of patented in-kiln moisture measurement systems. The DryZone System continuously collects and interprets moisture measurements generated between two stainless steel plates. The DryZone System can provide simultaneous real-time feedback on the moisture content of numerous lumber stacks in multiple kilns. Readings compare well with results generated from the reliable but destructive Microwave Oven Dry Method.

Successfully tested for several years in commercial softwood drying kilns, prototype versions of The DryZone System have already provided dry kiln operators with surprising insight into the drying processes that they manage. Ultimately,the accuracy and REPEATABILITY of the system has helped them improve lumber quality and mill throughput,reduce energy costs and most important, increase mill profitability.
